You've got a BLT and a PB&J, but whay not a H&C (ham and cheese( a GC (grilled cheese) or a RTASORWASOCS
(roast turkey and swiss on rye with a side of cole slaw) Maybe a bit too much on that one. And what club did you have to join initially to get a club sammi? Was it a secret club? Did they have meetings in a tree house with a keep out sign? (maybe not so much)
